"One of my teachers once said to me - in order to transform, you can't push the process. This meant a lot to me at a time when I was going through a difficult, but transformative process. I felt very isolated and it wasn't until I opened up to others and within myself that I began to experience comfort again." - Patchula
Patch has been sharing her love of yoga with the Torquay community for 4 years. She is passionate about natural healing and is currently studying Chinese Medicine. She is determined to use her knowledge from these healing practices and her own sacred journey to give comfort to others and assist them in creating balance and harmony.
