‘An exploration into the practice of meditation’

Of the many practices yoga has to offer, meditation has perhaps the greatest potential to positively impact our life. From the view of science, it has been proven to enhance cognition, strengthen the immune system, calm the nervous system and build resilience.  It can help us navigate challenging emotions, boost creativity, and has been used to address wide variety of mental health challenges. Ultimately meditation is the main key in unlocking our deepest truths and unveiling a lasting source of peace, wholeness and joy.

This course has been designed for both teachers looking to evolve their offering and meditation practitioners looking to deepen their understanding through an experiential journey into the roots of the practice.

There are many different approaches to meditation, and many great teachings that we can refer to.  This 25 immersion will be based primarily on the teachings of Advaita Vedanda, Cashmir Shaivism and Samkhya Philosphy. However we will lean primarily into our own experience as the ‘teacher’, and to reference the teachings as a way of deepening this enquiry.
