If you are just beginning your yoga journey or wish to dip back into the fundamentals, these practices are for you.

 
 

Slow Down and Create Space: 27 mins

Join Lucia for a Fundamentals practice, designed for those newer to the practice. Starting with learning Ujjayi Breath, followed by the sun salutation step by step and ending with some fundamental asanas and alignment. Moving slowly, bodyfully and gracefully through the whole class.

Beginners Flow: 30 mins

Join Wallis for a simple structured sequence for those of us new to the practice of yoga. This 30 minute practice will help you develop a good foundation with a focus on alignment. 2 blocks are useful for this class.

Side Body Focus: 49 mins

Join Kate for this basic flow with a focus on strengthening and releasing the side body. Expect to move slower and receive extra guidance.

Intentional practice: 60 mins

Join Kate for a slow, steady practice, beginning with a short meditation on intention and working towards a belly back bend. Suitable for those who are newer to the practice.

Leading from Feeling: 36 mins

Join Jo Buick for this slow flow practice which encourages a movement 'from thinking to feeling' through the integration of pranayama and free form movement. May be supportive if you are experiencing stress, overthinking or busyness. This practice is suitable for beginners.
