The month of May is the end of Autumn before winter and it is said to be a time of Transition + Transformation.
Changes in the season often bring change within us. Mixed emotions, feelings and respiratory issues may arise as we slide into the cooler months.
In this workshop we will utilise Yin, an intimate masterclass practice, to allow us to slow down and process change that is occurring inside our mind and body. We will learn how to trust and best support our energy, our breath and all the systems that work together in our body to repair, cleanse, clear and heal from the inside out.
