The month of May is the end of Autumn before winter and is said to be a time of transition and transformation.
With the change in the seasons it often brings change within us, mixed emotions and respiratory issues may arise as we slide into the cooler months, but we have a chance to slow down and process what is arising, to help prepare us for what's to come.
In this workshop we will utilise Yin, an intimate practice to allow us to process all that is occurring inside our mind and body and trust the continuous support of our pranic energy, our breath and all the systems that work simultaneously in our body to repair, cleanse, clear and heal from the inside out.
