In this training you'll dig deeper into the concepts of Yin and Yang and learn to structure classes that balance the rhythmic, heating qualities of Yang practice with the cooling, reflective qualities of Yin practice. You'll explore beyond the boundaries of classical Hatha yoga, incorporating movements from dance and martial arts and primal movements like rolling and crawling. You'll learn to use props in completely new ways, working over, under, and around your blocks and bolsters to become more agile and aware. You'll embody the tiger, the dragon, the elephant, and the ninja to experience the transformative power of your imagination and stoke the fire of your creativity. You'll move dynamically through the space around you to connect more profoundly to the space within you. Refresh your practice, refine your movements, and lead more powerful classes!

Jennifer is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 and a Yoga Alliance Certified Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) . She has been at the forefront of Yin Yoga in Australia, teaching Melbourne's first Yin classes and leading Yin Teacher Trainings in Australia and internationally.
