As the seasons change so should our practice. Balance Summer’s fire element with a delicious 3 hour Yin Yoga immersion. This Summer inspired incredibly deep masterclass will prepare the body and mind to maximise the benefits of the Summer season through Pranayama (breathing practices), beneficial postures that align with Summer meridian lines (heart and small intestines), Yogic philosophy, Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) followed by Meditation and Savasana (surrender).
When your fire element is balanced, your heart functions properly, digestion is balanced, metabolism is efficient and nutrients are more easily absorbed by the small intestine. The mind is more clear and focussed, creativity flourishes, and the emotions of happiness, love and joy, associated with the heart, are abundant. Postures will be held longer than in a standard class to allow you to experience the next level in your Yin practice.
