Step Into Truth, Byron Bay

Our truest teacher resides within. And yet, how often do we feel confused, or doubtful about our direction or purpose, searching outside of ourselves for answers?

During this five day retreat, led by Chris Wilson, we’ll use the discipline of yoga to learn to listen and be guided by the infinite wisdom that resides within.

What we’ll be doing:

We’ll explore the Kosha's (layers of our existence), moving from physical sensations to more subtle (energetic) and cognitive layers of experience. We’ll share in daily practices that will support this enquiry, including;

SATSANG (heartfelt conversations)

Our learnings can then naturally blossom in our relationships, our work lives and the way we meet life generally.

Join Chris Wilson for a day retreat that will leave you feeling completely restored, reconnected and ready to step back into life with renewed energy and enthusiasm.  The Intention for the day is to deeply calm your nervous system, to learn to work with difficult thoughts & emotions, and to offer a practice for awakening to your essential nature. We'll be exploring slow asana, meditation and breath, along with conscious conversations, delicious whole foods and time in nature.

Retreat Day schedule includes:

  • Juicy morning asana practice 
  • Locally sourced, seasonal spread for lunch
