My yoga journey began in my early 20’s when I was living in Melbourne. Without waves on my doorstep I struggled to find that special place where there was freedom and where the power of nature moved me. I found myself consistently drawn to the South Melbourne studio where I discovered a similar sense of freedom.
I completed my 200 hours YTT in 2013 and began teaching in my own little studio in Torquay soon after. Every day I pinch myself as I feel so incredibly lucky to be able to continue on this journey and hope to always inspire, support and teach others who are also on this path.

What turns you on about yoga?
It’s always new, every time you step on the mat it’s such a unique experience. The moment that you begin to move, something special happens and from this special place you begin to learn more and grow more….
