Blanche moved from Perth to Melbourne after graduating from an architecture degree and finishing up dancing competitively. She was only looking for a little break, but very quickly started calling Melbourne home. Soon after moving, she tried a yoga class not knowing how much of a profound impact it would have on her.
Not only did she immediately feel welcomed into a community, but yoga helped her find the movement and expression of dancing which she had missed. She quickly pursued teacher training only to dive deeper into my own practice and somehow teaching naturally evolved from there.
Blanche has a passion for anatomy and the physical asana practice but ultimately loves teaching as it has the ability to connect people with their own body and being. Holding a space for people to find calm, clarity and expression.
A few of my favourite things are:
What turns you on about yoga?
For me its connection. finding strength and the sweet flow of movement in my own body and creating more clarity and space to create from.
