With a background in finance, Amy has spent much of her career as an investment writer. After practicing yoga for five years to help cope with the hectic pace of the corporate world, Amy embarked on her first teacher training. She has since completed over 1000 hours of training across hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga, as well as, meditation and mindfulness.
In her spare time you can find Amy at the beach playing with her dog Ginger or exploring the countryside to find an idyllic location to build a yoga retreat.
A few of my favourite things are:
What turns you on about yoga?
For me yoga feels like a coming home. It’s helped me discover a new found self-confidence and every day it challenges me to learn more about who I am and why I’m here... Which I’m still trying to figure out!“
